Terms of Use for Lockdig Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use lockdig.garden and the referral help offered through it by Lockdig Tree Service. When you browse the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Lockdig Tree Service Does

Lockdig Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches, or clear storm damage. We are also not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, schedules, work, safety habits, licenses, insurance, and conduct. We do not hire, manage, or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not advice from an arborist (a tree expert), a lawyer, an insurer, or a financial adviser. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts, and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That may be by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@lockdig.garden at any time.

Who Owns the Content

The text and design of this site belong to Lockdig Tree Service or the people who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within that limit, Lockdig Tree Service is not liable for loss or harm tied to your use of the site, a provider's services, or any deal between you and a provider. The site comes "as is", with no warranty of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
